Women's Authority in al-Qabaita district of Lahj province on Saturday organized a speech event to mark the birth anniversary of Fatima al-Zahra, peace be upon her, as part of International Muslim Women's Day, along with a solidarity stand in support of the Palestinian people.
The event highlighted al-Zahra's virtues, noble morals, faith, patience, and her exemplary role as the most sublime model for believing women.
Speakers emphasized the importance of learning from her biography in the face of the challenges Muslim women face today, particularly with the erasure of identity, media misinformation, and the soft war against the nation.
In addition, the event included chanting segments that called for emulating al-Zahra’s example in defending the nation against its enemies.
The solidarity stand also expressed support for the Palestinian people, who have been enduring severe aggression for 442 days, backed by American and British support.
The participants lauded the Yemeni armed forces' missile operations deep inside Zionist territory and called for continued support to the Palestinian cause, congratulating Hamas movement on its founding anniversary.
