The former head of the so-called Zionist "National Security" Authority, Major General (Reserve) Giora Eiland, confirmed that it is in "Israel's" interest to end the war in the Gaza Strip.

Eiland said in statements to the Zionist "Channel 12": "The Zionist losses in the Gaza Strip are great, and during the last month 24 soldiers fell in the Gaza Strip, and many serious injuries."
