The Zionist settlers cut down olive trees in Barqa village, east of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, on Tuesday.
Local sources reported that settlers infiltrated into the village lands, cut down a number of olive trees and set fire to two of them, noting that Zionist enemy forces stormed the village in conjunction with the attack.
The olive harvest season in the West Bank this year is witnessing repeated attacks by settlers and enemy forces, which amounted to killing, burning , cutting olive trees, stealing the harvest, and preventing farmers from accessing their lands.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority, since the beginning of the olive season this year, until October 29, enemy forces and settlers carried out 239 attacks against olive pickers, including 109 cases of preventing access to their lands.
