The Zionist army on Thursday at dawn said an officer was killed and a soldier was seriously wounded during battles with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

The enemy army spokesman said that the officer in the 228th Brigade, Roni Gneizet, 36, was killed in the battles in southern Lebanon, and another soldier was seriously wounded.

For its part, Channel 14 reported that First Sergeant in the reserve forces, Roni Gneizet from the settlement of ‘Givat Shmuel’, was killed in a battle in South Lebanon, and another reserve soldier from ‘Battalion 5030’ was wounded.
