HAJJAH - SABA: Hajjah governor Hilal al-Sufi, Yemeni News Agency "Saba" Chairman Nasr al-Din Amer, and Ansarullah Political Bureau member Dhaifullah al-Shami on Monday visited al-Mahabsha Hospital to review construction progress.
The officials assessed the construction of the hospital’s second floor. This phase, funded by the Hodeidah Support Fund, has a budget of 200 million YER.
They also evaluated the emergency obstetric project funded through the Institutional and Economic Resilience Project in Yemen (Siri), in coordination with the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
Health officials, including Ali Zaid and Dr. Ahmed al-Khazan, provided updates on the construction and service improvements.
The visitors emphasized the importance of expanding and upgrading the hospital to enhance healthcare services for the Al-Sharfain Directorates and surrounding regions.
They reaffirmed the government's commitment to improving health services and alleviating citizen suffering, in line with directives from the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council.
Additionally, the officials reviewed the rehabilitation project for al-Najah School in Shamsan, which includes constructing a two-story building, adding a bathroom and fence, installing a rainwater harvesting tank, renovating the existing three-story building, and furnishing classrooms.
This project, costing $183,000, is also part of the Institutional and Economic Resilience Project in Yemen and coordinated with the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs.
