JENIN September 04. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy has continued its aggression on Jenin, the largest since 2002, resulting in the martyrdom of 19 Palestinian citizens and widespread destruction of property, public and private facilities, and infrastructure.
The aggression has injured dozens and caused widespread damage to water and electricity networks. The siege of a house in Kafr Dan resulted in the death of a girl (16 years old) and injured four journalists.
The forces also raided homes in the AL-Hadaf neighborhood, tampered with their contents, and vandalized furniture. The Jenin municipality estimates that 70% of infrastructure and streets have suffered serious damage.
The occupation forces have also been sieging the Jenin government hospital, closing streets and obstructing medical crews and ambulance vehicles.
Since August 28, the number of martyrs in the West Bank has increased to 685.
