CAIRO September 3. 2024 (Saba) -The Arab Republic of Egypt completely rejected the statements made by the Prime Minister of the Zionist enemy, Benjamin Netanyahu, on Monday, about the efforts of mediators to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry published a statement on its official Facebook page on Tuesday, in which it said: "Netanyahu tried through his statements to throw the name of Egypt to distract the attention of the Zionist public and obstruct a ceasefire deal and the exchange of hostages and detainees."
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry noted that Netanyahu seeks to obstruct the mediation efforts of Egypt, Qatar and the United States.
Cairo reiterated its rejection of Netanyahu's statements and all allegations addressed by Zionist officials in this regard.
The Republic of Egypt blamed the government of the Zionist entity for the consequences of making such statements, which further aggravate the situation and aim to justify aggressive and inflammatory policies that lead to further escalation in the region.
