MUSCAT August 29. 2024 (Saba) - Oman's Muscat Stock Exchange "30" index on Thursday rose 26.2 points, or 0.55 percent, to close at 4,746.41 points, compared to the last trading session of 4,720.24 points.
According to the Oman News Agency, the turnover reached four million and 73 thousand and 707 Omani riyals, down by 8.9 per cent compared to the last trading session when it reached four million and 472 thousand and 646 Omani riyals.
The report issued by the bourse showed that the market capitalization increased by 0.206 per cent from the last trading day and amounted to approximately RO 24.56 billion.
The value of non-Omanis' purchase on the stock exchange amounted to RO 2 million and RO 148 thousand, constituting 52.72 per cent, while the value of selling non-Omanis amounted to RO 376 thousand, or 9.23 per cent, while the net non-Omani investment increased by RO 1,772 thousand, by 43.49 per cent.
