SANA'A August 29. 2024 (Saba) - The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expects thunderstorms of varying intensity in a number of governorates during the next 24 hours.
According to the weather bulletin issued by the center, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), thunderstorms of varying intensity are expected, accompanied by hail and descending winds in the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb, Taiz, Al Dhale'e and Al Bayda.
The rains may extend westward to the Tihama plain and the coasts of the governorates of Hajjah, Al Hudaydah and Taiz.
It is likely that rain of varying intensity will fall, accompanied by thunder, in parts of the governorates of Al Mahrah, Hadhramaut, Shabwa, Abyan, Aden, Lahj, Al Jawf and Marib.
