MOSCOW August 17. 2024 (Saba) -The Kharkov region military administration announced on Friday that the Ukrainian Armed Forces intend to attack the nuclear facilities of the Kursk and Zaporizhia nuclear power plants, in Kurchatov and Energodar.
Sputnik quoted the Internal Affairs Directorate of the administration as saying on its Telegram channel: "According to the information received... and based on the results of the confessions of prisoners of war of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the 82nd Airborne Assault Brigade, the Ukrainian leadership is planning to launch a strike on nuclear facilities in Russia. It is currently known that there is an intention to attack the nuclear facilities of the Kursk and Zaporizhia nuclear power plants in Kurchatov and Energodar."
