SANA'A August 07. 2024 (Saba) - Industry and Trade Ministry announced launching six new services through the ministry's electronic portal.
The services include complaints, suggestions, cancellation of trade name reservation, replacement of lost commercial register, amendment of commercial agencies, registration of cooperative , public associations , institutions, and public companies, as well as obtaining a trade name certificate over the phone without coming to the ministry.
This came during a meeting headed by the Industry Minister in the caretaker government, Mohammad Al-Mutahar, to discuss the evaluation and development of the services provided through the ministry's electronic portal.
Industry and Commerce Minister praised the level reached by the electronic portal in terms of development and continuing to evaluate and update the services provided while maintaining the pace of implementing the chronic expansion plans to launch new services.
He pointed out that launching the complaints and suggestions service will play an important role in involving the beneficiaries of the ministry's services from the private sector and entrepreneurs in raising complaints and suggestions related to facilitating , simplifying procedures and absorbing changes.
Undersecretary of Industry for Business Services Sector Ministry Abdul Fattah Al-Dhuwaid stressed that the ministry is keen to maintain the success achieved by the ministry and continue the pace of development, expansion, training and qualification of employees in a way that meets the ministry's plans to move to electronic and digital work.
