MARIB July 25. 2024 (Saba) - The local authority in Marib province on Thursday announced the passing of Sheikh Ali Nasser Abu Asha, the former director of al-Abdiyah district.
Sheikh Abu Asha, who dedicated most of his 70 years to serving the homeland, has left a significant legacy.
In their statement, the local authority lauded Sheikh Abu Asha's virtues and his pivotal role in community service and local governance through his work in al-Abdiyah district.
The statement highlighted his contributions to resolving conflicts and bolstering resilience against aggression, noting that his loss is deeply felt in both Marib province and the nation at large.
The local authority extended heartfelt condolences to Sheikh Abu Asha's sons, family, and the entire Abu Asha family in the Rahba district.
It prayed for God's vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, for a place in His spacious gardens, and for patience and solace for his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
