BRUSSELS July 23. 2024 (Saba) -Belgium on Monday called on the European Union to have a unified stance at Zionist practices in Palestine.
The EU needs to speak in one voice on the advisory opinion issued by the International Court of Justice about Israel's policies and practices in the occupied territories of Palestine, the Belgian foreign minister said in a press release before a meeting for EU FMs.
We cannot just defend the rule of law and democracy, Hadja Lahbib added, noting that this ruling is issued by the ICJ and "we have to abide by."
