IBB July 16. 2024 (Saba) - Cultural and rhetorical events were held on Tuesday in the districts of Ibb countryside, Hazm al-'Udayn and Mudhaykhirah in commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, under the slogan "far from us is disgrace".
During the events in the presence of the directors of the directorates, the speeches stressed the importance of commemorating this anniversary despite the pain and sorrow it carries for the whole nation as it was associated with a great Islamic figure.
The speeches of the events reviewed stations from the life of Imam Hussein, his support for the vulnerable, and the face of injustice and tyranny. They pointed out that the nation should draw lessons from Imam Hussein in the face of the tyrants of this era led by America.
