GAZA July 14. 2024 (Saba) - A member of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Izzat al-Rishq, denied what was published by the French news agency, and circulated by some media outlets, about a decision by the movement to stop negotiations, in response to the massacre of Al-Mawasi, west of the city of Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip.
Al-Rishq said in a press statement on Sunday, "What was published and circulated in the media about a decision by Hamas to stop negotiations, in response to the massacre of Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Yunis, is unfounded."
"This Nazi escalation against our people by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Nazi government is one of its goals to prevent an agreement that stops the aggression against our people, which has become clear to everyone," he said.
On Saturday morning, the Zionist enemy forces committed a new massacre in the Al-Mawasi area, west of the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, which the entity claims is "safe."
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported the death of 90 civilians, half of them children and women, in addition to 300 injuries, including dozens of children and women, including critical and serious injuries.
