Paris - Saba:
The French public prosecutor's office said on Thursday that Kylian Mbappé, Real Madrid star and captain of the French national team, has accused his former club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) of treating him in an "unethical" manner in a rare legal complaint.
The relationship between Mbappé and PSG had already soured, with the player accusing his former club of failing to pay him €55 million ($61 million) in unpaid wages.
Mbappé also expressed dissatisfaction with how PSG treated him during his suspension in the 2023/2024 season, following his decision not to renew his contract with the club.
The public prosecutor's office stated that Mbappé denounced what he described as being "marginalized" at PSG. In France, the term "marginalization" is used to describe actions that exclude a player from the first team for sporting, administrative, or disciplinary reasons.
Mbappé joined Real Madrid last summer on a free transfer after scoring 256 goals in seven years with PSG, which went on to win the Champions League title without him this year.
