TEHRAN July 10. 2024 (Saba) - Member of the Presidium of the Islamic Consultative Assembly Mojtaba Yousefi announced that the swearing-in ceremony of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will be held on July 30 in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

In a statement to Tasnim International News Agency, Mojtaba Yousefi said that this ceremony will be held in the presence of the Chief Justice, members of the Guardian Council, the Head of the Judiciary, and other civilian and military officials in the parliament, during which the president-elect will take the oath to use all his competence to carry out the responsibilities assigned to him, and then he will sign the oath.

He continued: After the swearing-in ceremony, according to the internal regulations of the parliament, the president has two weeks to present the government ministers to the parliament, and the evaluation will be done in specialized committees and a vote of confidence will be held on the government.
