NABLUS July 10. 2024 (Saba) - A Palestinian child was shot by Zionist enemy forces on Wednesday, during confrontations that broke out after the storming Beit Furik town, east of Nablus.
Red Crescent spokesman Ahmed Jibril said, according to the Palestinian News Agency, that a 14-year-old child was injured by live bullets in the foot, during confrontations with the occupation that broke out after the occupation forces stormed Beit Furik town.
For its part, local sources indicated that the occupation forces stormed the town at dawn, which led to the outbreak of confrontations, during which the occupation fired live bullets and poisonous tear gas bombs.
On Wednesday, enemy forces raided and searched a number of citizens’ homes in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron.
Activist in the town, Muhammad Awad, stated that the occupation forces stormed the town with a large number of military vehicles and deployed in the “Safa” area north of the town. They raided a number of citizens’ homes after smashing their doors and throwing sound bombs inside them, which sparked a state of terror and panic among the children.
He added that during the inspection, the occupation deliberately smashed furniture and window glass, and destroyed citizens’ belongings, leaving great destruction before it withdrew, without any arrests being reported.
