OCCUPIED AL-QUDS June 27. 2024 (Saba) -The operation recently seen by Jenin, that left one Zionist soldier killed and 17 others injured, proves the Palestinian people's determination to keep on resisting the occupier, an official of Hamas said on Thursday.
Resisters of Qassam Battalions, Quds Brigades and other military wings on Jenin inflicted heavy losses to occupation troops, fought fierce clashes that terrified the enemy, and sent a clear message that the enemy's stealing into Jenin would not be a picnic, Abdul-Hakim Hanini added.
All the Zionist efforts to eliminate the resistance in the West Bank are "desperate attempts that can't erase the enemy's shame or bring it security. Instead, they would pose pursuant nightmares for the enemy, who will receive painful response to every infiltration or crime," he said.
Earlier on Thursday, the Israeli army said a senior commander was killed and 17 soldiers were injured in an ambush staged by the Palestinian resistance near Jenin City, north the West Bank.
