HODEIDA June 27. 2024 (Saba) - Hodeida deputy governor, Ahmed al-Beshri, on Thursday inaugurated Somood Center for watery diarrhea treatment in Thawra Hospital, with self-funding from the local authority.

The Thawra Hospital management exerted great efforts in preparing the center and securing its launch to cure acute watery diarrhea and provide needed healthcare, Beshri said.

Furnishing the center with equipment and beds would contribute to the hospital's humanitarian mission and easement of its burdens, he added, as the facility suffered heavy pressures in treating the disease.
