RAMALLAH June 25. 2024 (Saba) - A number of Palestinian citizens were injured and others were arrested at dawn on Tuesday, during a raid campaign carried out by the Zionist enemy forces in various parts of the occupied West Bank, which included confrontations in several areas.
In Nablus, according to the Palestinian Information Center, two children were injured by bullet fragments during the enemy forces’ storming of the Balata camp, east of Nablus, at dawn today, amid the outbreak of confrontations that included a raid during which eight citizens were arrested.
Local sources reported that enemy forces stormed the camp and besieged a number of neighborhoods, amid confrontations and clashes with groups of young men.
The Red Crescent reported that two children were injured by enemy bullet fragments, and that enemy forces obstructed the work of its crews.
Witnesses reported that the enemy forces stormed Balata camp amid heavy gunfire and a wide spread in its surroundings, raiding several homes and vandalizing their contents, which led to the outbreak of confrontations during which two children were injured by bullet fragments in the head and hand.
Enemy forces seized a Red Crescent ambulance and confiscated its keys and communications equipment, while arresting seven citizens.
The enemy forces also stormed al-Maajin area, western city, and raided and searched several homes, while they stormed al-Makhfiyah area and Tal Street and arrested the young man, Kamel Abu Zant.
In Bethlehem, enemy forces arrested four citizens from different areas in Bethlehem, after raiding and searching their families’ homes.
The occupation forces also arrested the freed prisoner, Shadi Kamel Musleh, from al-Dheisheh camp, southern Bethlehem, at the Container military checkpoint northeast of Bethlehem.
In Tubas, enemy forces arrested, at dawn on Tuesday, three young men from the town of Tammoun, south of Tubas.
Enemy forces had stormed the city from its eastern entrance, and deployed in several neighborhoods, coinciding with the outbreak of clashes and strong explosions.
In Salfit, enemy forces stormed the village of Rafat, west of the city of Salfit, and raided the house of citizen Nader Youssef Judah, destroyed its contents, and conducted field investigations with its residents.
