HODEIDA June 23. 2024 (Saba) - An expanded meeting was held in Hodeida city, headed by Governor Muhammad Qahim, today, Sunday, as part of the arrangements and preparations for the central event on the anniversary of Imam Ali’s guardianship day, peace be upon him.
In the meeting, Governor Qahim touched on the concept of guardianship from a Qur’anic perspective and lessons learned from Imam Ali positions , peace be upon him, in confronting tyrants.
While the first deputy governor of the province, Ahmed Al-Bishri, called for widespread participation in the commemoration of Guardianship Day tomorrow to renew adherence to the principle of guardianship, pointing to the spirit of faith that Imam Ali, may God bless his face, displayed, indicating that the Yemenis’ commemoration of this occasion reflects their love for Imam Ali and their close connection to him and an affirmation of Following the path of the greatest Messenger.
In the meeting, which was attended by the governor’s undersecretaries, Muhammad Halisi and Ali Kabari, the director of the Guidance Office, Abdul Rahman Al-Warfi, and the vice president of Dar Al-Ulum Sharia University, Ali Adhabi, spoke about the importance of the guardianship, the necessity of celebrating it, its greatness, and its role in introducing the character of Imam Ali, his principles, and his human values.
The meeting was attended by a number of members of the local authority, social figures, and the mayor of Hodeida city.
