SANA'A June 15. 2024 (Saba) - Member of the Supreme Political Council Sultan Al-Sami'i expressed the appreciation of the people of Taiz Governorate for the initiative of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, in reopening the road linking Al-Hawban and the center of Taiz city.

Al-Sami'i explained in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this initiative has a great impact in breaking the barriers of fear between the people of the country in general and the people of Taiz in particular.

He praised the attitudes of the people of Taiz in particular and the governorates of the Republic in general who interacted with this initiative and the success of opening roads and breaking barriers between the people of the same country.

"Thanks to all the dignitaries, political and social figures and officials from all parties who contributed to the success of this step, and thanks to the role of the unknown soldiers, including social figures, dignitaries and businessmen who contributed to the completion of this event and pushed things towards détente without appearing on the scene," he said.

The member of the Supreme Political Al-Sami'i asked everyone to rise above grudges, polemics and rivalries and avoid what could provoke one party against the other. "The political dispute between the sons of the homeland, no matter how long, inevitably ends with sitting at the dialogue table," he said.

Al-Sami'i renewed the call to all the sons of the homeland at home and abroad to return to their homeland and sit at the table of a serious and honest national dialogue. He stressed that Sana'a is open to all, and that Yemen will enter a new phase of stability in the near future with the implementation of radical changes.
