ALGERIA June 10. 2024 (Saba) - Algeria vehemently denounced on Monday the massacre that unfolded in Gaza's Nuseirat camp over the weekend, perpetrated by Zionist forces against defenseless Palestinian civilians.
In a firm statement issued on Monday, the Algerian Foreign Ministry expressed its strongest condemnation towards the brutal attack in Nuseirat, labeling it as yet another appalling act of aggression committed by the Zionist entity.
"The Algerian authorities condemn, in the harshest terms, the barbaric massacre in Gaza's Nuseirat camp, carried out by the occupying entity on Saturday against unarmed civilians," the statement read, highlighting the egregious nature of the crime and the brazen defiance of international norms and UN resolutions by the perpetrators.
Confronted with this latest atrocity in the ongoing string of brutal crimes by the Zionist enemy, Algeria underscored the urgent need for the UN Security Council to fulfill its duty in quelling Zionist aggression and extending aid to the besieged Palestinian population.
Furthermore, the statement emphasized the imperative of holding the Zionist regime accountable for its repeated violations, demanding an end to the culture of impunity enjoyed by the occupiers.
Algeria called upon international judicial bodies to expedite the trial of those responsible for the Nuseirat massacre, branding their actions as a stain on humanity's conscience.
