DHAMAR June 08. 2024 (Saba) - A meeting held today,Saturday, in Dhamar Province discussed the performance of executive offices, the level of provision of public services, attention to handicrafts, and the level of application of health requirements in establishments.

During the meeting, which was attended by the Minister of Human Rights in the caretaker government, Ali Al-Dailami, the Governor of Dhamar, Muhammad Nasser Al-Bukhaiti, stressed the importance of the role of executive offices in meeting the community’s aspirations for services and working to complete citizens’ transactions as soon as possible.

He appreciated the efforts of the executive offices in implementing the tasks assigned to them and providing a model of excellence that is added to a series of successes achieved by the province in financial , administrative reform processes and overcoming imbalances.

Governor Al-Bukhaiti stressed the local authority’s keenness to evaluate the performance of the executive offices, overcome any imbalances, and exploit the available capabilities in a way that meets the aspirations of the community, pointing out the importance of taking into account the conditions of small shops that practice handicrafts and exempting them from fees in view of the circumstances they face as a result of weak demand for their products in light of imported product competition.

The meeting decided to stop collecting fees on small shops, especially those that practice handicrafts, and to circulate to various establishments that they adhere to the application of health requirements, spread awareness of the importance of preventing epidemic diseases, and field visits to establishments to verify the extent of their commitment to implementing health requirements, sterilization, the use of clean machines and tools.
