WASHINGTON April 28. 2024 (Saba) - University students in the United States of America continue their sit-ins and peaceful demonstrations for the tenth day in sequence, to demand an end to the criminal aggression against the Gaza Strip, and for the universities to announce an immediate end to their cooperation with the occupying entity and the companies that support the occupying army.
The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" reported that students from other universities joined the movement that spread throughout most of the United States, especially at Stanford, Northeastern, and George Washington universities, and certainly Columbia University, from which the spark of protests began, by erecting new tents and organizing activities accompanying the demonstrations and protests to mobilize student support to support the demand to stop the Zionist aggression.
The students stressed the need to continue demonstrations despite the arbitrary arrests and restrictions imposed on them by the administrations, to defend Palestinian rights in light of international silence over the daily crimes taking place in Palestine that have led to the martyrdom of more than 35,000 citizens and the injury of tens of thousands since October 2023.
