MOSCOW April 18, 2024 (Saba) - The Russian presidency (the Kremlin) confirmed on Thursday that the promised American aid to Ukraine “will not be able to change anything” on the field, where the Russian army is making progress in its attack.

According to the Russia Today website, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in a statement to reporters: “Washington, due to its internal political differences, is looking for different ways to continue providing aid to Ukraine.”

Peskov added, "This matter cannot change anything," pointing out that "all experts point out that the situation on the front from now on is not in favor of the Ukrainian side."

The day after tomorrow, Saturday, the US House of Representatives will vote on a text to provide additional military and economic aid to Ukraine of approximately $61 billion, which may allow its army to catch its breath.
