BEIRUT April 16, 2024 (Saba) - One person was martyred and others were injured in a raid carried out by a Zionist mission on southern Lebanon on Tuesday.
A Lebanese security source said that the Zionist raid targeted a car in Ain Baal town, while the Zionist forces bombed the Khiam town with heavy artillery.
In addition, the United Nations Special Coordinator in Lebanon, Joanna Frontesca, confirmed in a statement that the United Nations will support all efforts aimed at calming the situation and implementing international laws and resolutions, including Resolution 1701, and that many countries in the Security Council intend to strengthen and support Lebanon’s steadfastness and that they are seeking to Make it happen.
The Zionist entity continues its escalation against the towns and villages of southern Lebanon, in conjunction with its brutal and continuous aggression against the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October, which resulted in martyrs and wounded among civilians and forced hundreds of families to flee their homes.
