KYIV April 29. 2024 (Saba) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced today that his country and the United States of America are negotiating to provide military and financial support to Kiev over the next ten years.
Zelensky said, according to Sputnik: “We are working to determine specific levels of support for this year and for the next ten years. This includes armed support, financial and political support, and what is related to joint production of weapons.”
He explained that the talks are taking place within the framework of working on a bilateral agreement for cooperation in the security field. At the same time, Kiev's goal is to make this agreement "the strongest of all" other similar security agreements with other countries.
Earlier, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that the United Kingdom will continue to provide military assistance to Ukraine at the current level at least until the end of the decade.
