TULKARM April 16, 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy forces stormed, at dawn on Tuesday, Tulkarm city and Ezbet al-Jarad to the east of it in the West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" reported that a military force of seven vehicles stormed the city from its southern axis, coming from the "Avnei Hefetz" settlement, towards Ezbet Shufa, reaching the Pharaoh roundabout at the southern entrance to the city.
The agency indicated that the force headed to the suburb of Ezbet Al-Jarad, where the occupation soldiers raided the building of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque, mounted its roof and placed snipers on it, in addition to raiding Al-Safarini Building and placing snipers on its roof.
The Zionist enemy forces conducted extensive sweeping operations in the vicinity of the mosque and the Al-Uzziya neighborhoods, without any arrests being reported so far. They seized donations from the mosque’s fund before leaving.
They also raided the home of a citizen and interrogated him and made field interrogation on him , before releasing him.
