TEHRAN April 08. 2024 (Saba) - Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine Ziyad al-Nakhalah has said that “We are still in the middle of the battle and the enemy’s alleged goals have not been achieved, and our duty is to defend Gaza.”
Al-Nakhalah pointed out that the battle continues and the enemy is trying to end the resistance and recover the Zionist prisoners.
In his statements, he stressed that the aggression continues against Gaza and the West Bank, and al-Aqsa Mosque is being desecrated, and what the resistance did was to deter the occupation, according to Tasnim International News Agency,
Al-Nakhalah added "We want to lift the injustice against our people, but we do not receive any Arab assistance, and we do not want them to escape from their obligations."
He continued "There are those who attack the Palestinian resistance because the project in the region requires coexistence with the occupation."
He added "We asked the Arabs to treat us as they treat Israel, and we are ready to buy the materials we want."
Al-Nakhalah thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for its support for the Palestinian people and their resistance for more than 20 years, explaining that “Iran does not have direct borders with the Zionist entity and has provided direct support to the Palestinian resistance.”
He pointed out that "Iran supports the resistance in Palestine, and the Zionist entity and the Arab regimes support the authority."
Al-Nakhalah said “There is a Zionist consensus on liquidating the resistance and destroying everything in Gaza.”
