BETHLEHEM December 28. 2023 (Saba) - Director of the Office of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission in Bethlehem Hassan Barijiyah has said that a family of nine members survived after settlers poured “fire water” on their tent in Arab al-Rashayida village, eastern Bethlehem city.
The Palestinian Wafa News Agency quoted Barijiyah as saying that settlers used a drone pouring “fire water” on the tent of Muhammad Awad al-Rashayda, 40, in Bariyat al-Rashayda area where family members were in.
The agency said the family members was able to leave the tent, adding the tent was greatly damaged.
Brejiya pointed out that Bedouin communities in Arab al-Rashaida have become greatly suffering from repeated settler violations and attacks, especially after the seventh of last October.
