TEHRAN December 03. 2023 (Saba) - Iranian President, Mr. Ebrahim Raisi, confirmed today, Sunday, that his country’s support for the Palestinian people “comes within the framework of the Constitution and what it stipulates regarding support for the oppressed, and also as part of the principles of Iranian foreign policy.”
In a statement reported by Iranian news agencies on Sunday, Mr. Raisi stressed that his country “cannot stop supporting Palestine,” and that “the world’s political developments and the desires of some countries in the region will not change the basic principles of Tehran’s foreign policy.”
He pointed out that "the racial discrimination, killing, destruction, injustice and oppression practiced by the Zionist entity have become clear to the world," adding: "We will continue to support Palestine."
The Iranian President had stressed that the Palestinian issue is the first and most important issue in the Islamic world, indicating that it concerns all Muslims in the world.
Raisi said that the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation broke the dominance of the Zionist enemy, and also led to its military and intelligence defeat.
