NEW YORK November 30. 2023 (Saba) - United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres confirmed today, Thursday, that Zionist enemy forces used destructive weapons in populated areas in the Gaza Strip, which led to the martyrdom of more than 14,000 people and massive destruction in the Strip.
According to Palestine Today Agency, this came during a session of the UN Security Council at the ministerial level, held in New York to discuss the situation in Gaza.
Guterres stressed the bad conditions in Gaza, noting the martyrdom of 111 UN workers since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on the Strip, pointing out that this loss is the largest in the history of the United Nations.
Guterres reiterated his emphasis on the sanctity of the United Nations headquarters, which today protect more than a million civilians searching for safety, pointing to the catastrophic health conditions experienced by the residents of the Gaza Strip, describing them as horrific.
