TULKARM October 20.2023 (Saba) - The "Al-Quds Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade" announced that it "fought with all honour, pride, strength and ability the confrontation battle within the heroic battle of 'Al-Aqsa Flood', along with all the free people from the resistance factions. It responded to the aggression and was victorious for the people of Tulkarm and its camp. It had the upper hand during the battle and had the final say in the field."
Al-Quds News Agency quoted the battalion in a statement today, Friday, saying: “With God’s help, it was able to carry out many strikes and offensive operations, detonate bombs, and carry out ambushes. The battalion opened the battle with a number of ambushes on the Manshiya axis and the camp square axis, and our mujahideen also carried out operations during the battle.” A massive confrontation with the enemy forces on the axis (the railway - the entrance to the camp - the square), during which they confronted the enemy forces inside the camp.”
She added: "Our mujahideen continued the battle for more than 20 hours of fighting, confrontation, and confrontation, during which the battalion was able to detonate a large number of explosive devices in the occupation vehicles, damaging dozens of vehicles, and causing serious damage to a number of others. The engineering unit also brought new explosive devices into service, including the "Shams" device which caused huge damage to the occupation machinery.”
It continued: "With God's help and strength, our mujahideen were able to carry out a precise and wide ambush against the occupation forces and their vehicles, which left them dead and wounded. Our mujahideen also thwarted a number of attempts to arrest our mujahideen."
