GAZA August 17. 2023 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" held on Thursday the government of the Zionist enemy responsible for the consequences and results of the aggression against the Palestinian prisoners inside the occupation prisons.

According to (Palestine Online) website, the movement's spokesman, Abd al-Latif al-Qanou', announced in a press statement that Hamas expressed full solidarity with the prisoners inside the enemy's prisons.

Al-Qanou' added: "The prisoners are not a weak card and they will not be alone. They are a priority for the Palestinian people, and they cannot abandon their duty to support them."

Al-Qanou' stressed that the battle of the prisoners is the battle of the Palestinian people with its various forces and movements, and they are able to win and thwart the Zionist enemy's plan.

And the Palestinian Prisoners Information Office announced, this evening, Thursday, that about 1,000 Palestinian prisoners from all the prisons of the Zionist enemy have entered an open hunger strike, in protest against the aggression of the occupation prison administration.
