SANA'A July 11.2023 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, stressed on Tuesday the important role of the Ministry of Human Rights in exposing and documenting the crimes and violations of the US-Saudi aggression coalition.

During his meeting today with the Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami, President Al-Mashat pointed out the need to continue preparing human rights reports to inform international opinion of the crimes and violations that the Yemeni people are exposed to.

President Al-Mashat affirmed that the US-Saudi aggression committed the most heinous crimes against Yemeni people, including blockade, and targeting children, women, and the elderly.

He urged the media to intensify awareness-raising activity on the crimes of American-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people and highlight the grievances of the Yemeni people to the whole world.

The activities of the Ministry of Human Rights and the level of implementation of its plans for the current year, especially with regard to the protection and advocacy of human rights in Yemen, were discussed in the meeting.
