SANA'A February 07. 2023 (Saba) –His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today, Tuesday, with the Minister of Justice, Judge Nabil Al-Azzani.
During the meeting, they discussed the report on the networking of the Republic's courts, and the difficulties faced by citizens during registration procedures in the real estate registry.
President Al-Mashat was briefed on the report on completing the networking of the courts of the Republic of Yemen, which contributes to speeding up the completion of cases and monitoring their progress.
President Al-Mashat stressed the need to pay attention to developing curricula at the Higher Institute for the Judiciary, which will reflect positively on the outputs.
He also emphasized the speedy inauguration of work in the real estate documentation pens, in order to solve the problems and overcome the difficulties faced by citizens during registration in the real estate registry, in a way that guarantees the guarantee and confirmation of transactions due to the importance of this in the stability of the real estate aspect, the reduction of disputes and the preservation of citizens' rights.
