Sana'a (Saba) – The local authority and executive office in Shabwa Governorate in Sana'a announced a unilateral initiative to reopen the Aqabat al-Qanth'a road linking Shabwa and al-Bayda governorates.
A source in the local authority and executive office in Shabwa explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the local authority in the governorate had announced this unilateral initiative several times and today reiterated its approval after receiving requests from local mediators and white flag bearers from the governorate to reopen this vital road, which has been closed since the end of 2021.
