SANA'A February 01. 2023 (Saba) - His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, met on Wednesday with the leaders of the judicial authority.
During the meeting, the procedures and obstacles facing citizens during registration procedures in the real estate registry were discussed.
President directed to issue a decision to establish real estate documentation / Notarization Departments and to speed up the launch of work in them as documentation is the one concerned with supervising and controlling the work of trustees, in order to solve problems and overcome difficulties that were facing citizens during registration in the real estate register and in a way that guarantees transactions due to its importance in stabilizing the real estate aspect, reducing disputes, and preserving the rights of citizens, while preserving the Land and Endowment Authority the right to dispute any papers that respond to their rights.
He also directed the preparation of a black list of counterfeiters and those against whom judgments were issued or who were known for using forged papers to spread over citizens' properties and to seize them and refer them to the competent authorities to receive their deterrent penalty.
