SANA'A January 26. 2023 (Saba) - His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met with Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Hisham Sharaf.
During the meeting, they discussed political developments on the national, regional and international arena, especially those related to efforts to establish peace, in the forefront of which is the disbursement of salaries of state employees from oil and gas revenues and the full opening of Sana'a airport and Hodeida port.
The meeting touched on work progress in the ministry and the level of implementation of its plans for the current year, especially with regard to its diplomatic activity and its communication with the world.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat stressed that Sana'a has proven, throughout the eight years of the US-Saudi aggression, its seriousness and its orientation towards peace.
And he stressed that the implementation of the Yemeni people's demands, represented in salaries payment of all state employees from the oil and gas resources, and the opening of Hodeida port and Sana'a International Airport, is the main entrance to peace.
