NAJRAN, Apr. 01 (Saba) - Minister of Defense Maj. Gen. Mohammed al-Atifi on Friday briefed on the conditions of the stationed fighters on the fronts in Najran and Hamdan bin Zaid axes.
The Minister of Defense conveyed to the heroic fighters on al-Sawah and al-Nahoqah fronts the congratulations and blessings of the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council on the occasion of the National Day of steadfastness and the great victories they are achieving over the forces of evil.
Maj. Gen. Al-Atifi affirmed that the eighth year of steadfastness will be a breakthrough towards more victories against the invading aggressors and those who support them.
He said, "We could never imagine that there would be an attack from an Islamic country on another Islamic country, but the occupying Zionist entity forced the aggression countries to attack Yemen, which forced us to defense ourselves, our land and our honor, to respond to this cowardly attack." and we will continue to fight, struggle, jihad, steadfastness until all Yemeni territories are liberated".
He called on the aggression countries to absorb the data and developments of the current stage in all its strategic dimensions and stop their aggression and lift their siege, unless the options of the Yemeni people and their armed forces are able to to defense the land, honor, freedom and dignity.
Maj. Gen. al-Atifi addressed the citizens in Jizan, Najran, Asir, the regions of Ha'il, Qassim, Tabuk, and the general population of Najd and Hijaz, saying, "The army of Yemen enjoys the morals of Mujahideens and has not and will not target civilians at all."
