SANA'A, Apr. 01 (Saba) - Chairman of the International Cooperation Department at the Supreme Council for Management and coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (SCMCHA) Manea al-Asal has discussed with the representative of UNICEF the cash incentives project presented by UNICEF for teachers.
At the meeting, al-Asal stressed the teachers' incentives will contribute to alleviating the suffering of teachers, who represent a large segment of society.
He stressed the need for UNICEF's work to be characterized in a humanitarian and neutral manner away from pressure from donor countries.
