Hodeidah - Saba:
A ceremony was held on Monday at the General Office of Hodeidah province to honor five outstanding employees for their exceptional performance during the year 1446 AH, in recognition of their efforts in accomplishing assigned tasks.

Issa Shu’aib, the General Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the province’s Office, explained that honoring outstanding employees has become an annual tradition, reinforcing the culture of institutional work in the governorate and reflecting the leadership’s commitment to motivating staff to excel in creativity, discipline, and dedication.

He noted that the honorees were selected based on clear and precise criteria, coordinated between the General Directorate of Financial and Administrative Affairs and department directors. The selection considered factors such as job discipline, actual achievements, and teamwork spirit, emphasizing that this initiative serves as a strong incentive for all employees to enhance their performance.

Shu’aib added that an outstanding employee does not merely fulfill duties but also seeks innovative solutions and improves the work environment, contributing to overall efficiency and better services for citizens—especially amid the exceptional circumstances the country faces due to aggression and blockade.

He praised the efforts of the office’s employees, who continue working as one team despite challenges, urging them to uphold their national and professional responsibilities and to set an example in discipline. He also commended the support of the governorate’s leadership in overcoming work obstacles and its commitment to honoring competent employees annually.

Meanwhile, Amjad Al-Hassani, General Director of Financial Resources at the Governorate’s Office, congratulated the honored employees for their achievements over the past year, stressing that their recognition honors all staff and sends a message that every sincere effort will be duly appreciated.

For her part, Maryam Al-Attas, General Director of Women’s Development at the Governorate’s Office, expressed appreciation for the honored female employees, praising their role in embodying the faith-inspired identity of Yemeni women in the workplace and balancing professional competence with authentic values. She affirmed that Yemeni women continue to demonstrate their distinguished presence in various fields of public work.
