Sana’a – Saba:
A specialized training program on the Code of Professional Conduct and Work Ethics concluded on Wednesday in Sana’a province.
The program was organized by the Civil Service and Administrative Development Office, in collaboration with the National Institute for Administrative Sciences and the General Directorate of Training and Qualification in the governorate, targeting several public service units.
The five-day program, held under the supervision of the Ministry of Civil Service and the local authority of the province, aimed to provide 50 male and female trainees from 30 executive offices with skills , knowledge related to the code of professional conduct and administrative work ethics.
At the closing ceremony, attended by the Deputy Governor, Jubran Ghubar, Deputy Minister of Civil Service Abdullah Haidar and Deputy Governor Faris Al-Kahali emphasized the importance of enhancing administrative staff capabilities to improve overall performance.
They praised the efforts made in organizing the program, highlighting its role in improving the work environment and reinforcing the responsibilities of all staff to upgrade the quality of services provided to citizens in accordance with the principles of the professional conduct code.
Both officials expressed hope that participants would benefit from the program's content , apply the guidelines and instructions outlined in the code to strengthen commitment to ethical public service.
Director of the Civil Service Office, Suleiman Jubran, commended the leadership of the Ministry for its efforts in developing public policy and implementing programs, courses, and workshops aimed at improving public service and reinforcing a sense of responsibility in fulfilling duties to the public.
He also reviewed the key elements of the program, which included practical lectures highlighting the values and principles contained in the Code of Professional Conduct. These reflect the concept of public service and the foundations for its advancement, and strengthen the role of employees in serving society through a sense of religious , national duty, as well as ethical, professional, and faith-based behavioral principles.
