Gaza – Saba:
The General Directorate of Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that 60% of its vehicles across all governorates have gone out of service due to the lack of adequate fuel supplies and essential spare parts needed for repairs, as a result of the ongoing blockade imposed by the Israeli enemy on the Strip.
In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Directorate said it had managed to secure a small quantity of fuel—covering no more than 15% of its daily operational needs—through donations from humanitarian and relief organizations.
It added, “We are now merging responses to some daily tasks that do not pose a direct threat to citizens' lives and postponing others, which puts us at risk of a major humanitarian disaster.”
