Despite ongoing Israeli military operations, Gaza’s Civil Defense teams carried out 33 emergency missions over the past 24 hours, including firefighting, rescue, and medical aid.
The Civil Defense reported the martyrdom of firefighter Mohammad Maqdass, martyred by Israeli enemy fire near Khan Yunis, raising the total number of Civil Defense martyrs to 136.
Operations included recovering bodies from rubble in northern Gaza, removing hazards threatening displaced families, extinguishing fires, and transporting injured civilians to hospitals across the Gaza Strip.
The Civil Defense called on international organizations to provide protection and support amid the worsening humanitarian crisis and continuous aggression.
