Geneva - Saba:
Amnesty International has deemed the proposed Israeli plan to regroup the population of the Gaza Strip in Rafah as shameful, inhumane, and unlawful.
In a statement issued Wednesday, Amnesty International affirmed that Israel's plan to regroup Palestinians in Rafah is a declared intent to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The international organization emphasized that transferring Palestinians within the Gaza Strip or deporting them outside it against their will constitutes a war crime of unlawful transfer or deportation, and constitutes a clear violation of international law.
It called on countries around the world to refrain from supporting the unlawful transfer or deportation of Palestinians within or outside the Gaza Strip, so as not to give Israel the opportunity to commit further crimes against them.
With American support, the enemy is forcibly displacing the residents of Gaza as a result of the daily massacres it is committing against the civilian population, which result in the deaths of dozens or hundreds of women and children every day.
