Kursk Oblast Governor Alexander Khinshtein announced early Wednesday that two civilians were injured as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks on the infectious diseases building at the Rylsk Central District Hospital, the ambulance building, and another administrative building in Kursk Oblast.
Khinshtein wrote on Telegram, as reported by Sputnik, "Last night, a Ukrainian drone attacked the infectious diseases building at the Rylsk Central District Hospital and the ambulance building. As a result of the attack, the windows of both buildings were damaged and their roofs caught fire."
He continued, "Another drone also attacked the administrative building of Rylsk Agroferma LLC, resulting in a fire."
