Gaza – SABA:
The Martyr Omar Al-Qassem Forces, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, announced today, Friday, that they jointly shelled Israeli occupation forces with the Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, in northern Gaza.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Al-Qassem Forces said:
“We targeted the massing of enemy forces advancing into northern Gaza, specifically in Jabalia al-Balad, Arbekan area near Al-Omari Mosque, using mortar shells, in coordination with the Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades.”
This operation comes as part of the ongoing resistance response to the genocidal crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against the people of Gaza — crimes carried out with U.S. support since October 7, 2023, involving killings, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, all while ignoring international appeals and rulings by the International Court of Justice to halt the aggression.
